Residuary Bequest Example Wording

Endowed Bequest Example Wording
This bequest requires California Wolf Center to hold the funds permanently and use only the distributable earnings. Your gift continues giving in perpetuity. As an example: “I give (amount, description of asset, remainder, etc.) to California Wolf Center, a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization located in Julian, CA, for the purpose of contributing to wild wolf conservation in perpetuity.
