Return, Exchange, Refund Policy

MERCHANDISE PURCHASES (ONLINE AND IN-STORE)

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please call us for assistance at (760) 765-0030 with your receipt available. We will gladly give a full refund on returns or exchange the item(s) (for an item of equal or lesser value) within 30 days of purchase. Item(s) must be in new condition (apparel must be unworn, DVDs must be unopened, plush must still have hang-tags). We cannot refund the cost of shipping on returns or exchanges.

Returns and Exchanges

For both returns and exchanges you will need to ship the item(s) back to us, and you will be responsible for the return shipping. For exchanges/replacement items,  the California Wolf Center will pay for shipping the new item(s) to you.

For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item(s) to you after your original item has been received by our office in new/ unworn/unopened condition. As a result, it may take several weeks before your replacement item(s) can be shipped.

Refunds

If the California Wolf Center sent the wrong item or made an error in the processing of your order, we will refund the cost of the item(s) or ship the exchanged item(s) to you free of charge. We cannot refund the original cost of shipping.

California Wolf Center will not accept the return or exchange of item(s) more than 30 days after date of purchase.

If you would like to cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped to you, we will refund the full cost of the order (including tax and shipping) if we receive your request before your order ships. 

Please call our office at (760) 765-0030 as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped, and the return/exchange/refund policies will apply.

TOUR PURCHASES

Cancellations: Guests must cancel at least 24 hours in advance of your tour to be eligible for a refund. To cancel your tour, please call us at (760) 765-0030 ex. 1. No refunds will be issued for cancelling less than 24 hours before your scheduled tour.

Reschedule: In case of an emergency, guests may be offered to reschedule their tour. Please contact us at (760) 765-0030 ex. 2 at least one hour prior to your tour to qualify for a refund. If you are offered to reschedule your tour, the new tour date must be within 3 months of the original tour date. You may reschedule your tour a maximum of 3 times within that time. If you are not able to attend within that time frame, your tour admittance may not be refunded and will be accepted as a donation.

Our staff will make every effort to contact you prior to your tour if you are running late. If you do not contact us and do not arrive at our checkin location at 470 KQ Ranch Road prior to your tour start time, you will not qualify for a refund or reschedule.

In the event of severe weather, CWC staff will contact registered guests to inform of cancellations and to reschedule as availability allows. Due to limited tours, guests that wish to reschedule are not guaranteed the opportunity to switch to another event. Exceptions may be made in emergency situations.
