The California Wolf Center is a non-profit, education, conservation and science center dedicated to the preservation and restoration of wild predators in North America.
Wolf Encounters provides students and teachers an opportunity to learn about one of the world's most important, yet misunderstood predators, the gray wolf.
Wolf Encounters is perfect for schools, scout groups, or clubs. Programs are tailored to age group and size. Programs are available Tuesday through Friday by appointment. We look forward to sharing this fantastic educational experience with you.

Field Trips to the

Short, dynamic lessons about wolves and wolf behavior, conservation, and the importance of top predators in our ecosystem.

Examination of wolf artifacts including wolf and coyote skulls, paw prints, pelts, radio telemetry equipment.

Student participation in question/answer sessions.

Opportunity to visit with two ambassador wolf packs.
|
 |
Crafts and age-appropriate activities for younger students available upon request. |
